That said, EPIC Assist isn’t without any faults or lacking. We learned from some of their former clients that the company has a longstanding issue with staff training.

Several previous clients we interviewed had complaints against the agency’s consultants. They cited rude behaviors or inconsiderateness of their disabilities. 

Many blamed the company’s lack of oversight of their employees as the root cause of this issue.

Moreover, the agency reportedly struggled to provide financial assistance for clients’ work equipment. This forced people to buy the equipment with their own money.

What’s more, they serve a wide range of Gold Coast’s population with disabilities across various industries in technology, labor works, and local establishments. Plus, they have multiple branch offices in Nerang, Beenleigh, and Coomera.  

While some agency staff displayed stellar services, other customers have also reportedly complained about the lack of support from other consultants under the APM wing.

We found several complaints against the agency staff for just trying to reach a “quota” to qualify for government support.

We went incognito to see how much of the rumors were true. All we can say is that the company has changed in many ways since the former clients we talked to hired their services.

First, their top work consultants have been professional and accommodating to our supposed needs and preferences. 

The customer service hotline has also been remarkably better than the previous client reviews. The staff were really attentive, supportive, and ready to resolve any client concerns.

Despite the negatives during its early years, APM Management has shown remarkable improvement as proof of why thousands of clients still choose the company each year.

That said, finding a well-paying job through this agency can take quite some time and understandably become more stressful.

We spoke to some of Mylestone’s previous clients and we learned that the company has little to no safety nets in case an application process took too long.

This usually ends with multiple heated calls with the agency until all communications break down.

However, it seems that this is a rare experience. We can confirm that other parts of their services have been excellent.

When we secretly tried their services, the agency’s consultants were really attentive to our needs. They were even quick to find us a nearby workplace with a position competitive to our experiences and salary expectations.

It’s really cool how Whitefox not only serves applicants looking for well-paying jobs but also helps employers find the right worker for the position.

Both employers and applicants we interviewed proved Whitefox’s effectiveness with how the agency made the employment process seamless and stress-free.

However, issues and organizational shortcomings became more evident because of the large number of clients they serve. 

We received reports of miscommunication issues on the company’s part, especially in settling service fees and a lack of updates in certain positions. This is primarily in local labor works.

While our attempt to commission the agency’s service went smoothly, we can’t dismiss other applicants’ experiences. This is especially considering how large Whitefox’s operation network is.
